We can guide you through your meetings and assist with follow up organization. We can teach you the importance of communication with your members to build consensus in your association.
Community Management
I understand the value of Association living and the key to a peaceful community. I use this knowledge and approach to accomplish the 3 “c’s” WAMCS' full-service management uses Communication, Cooperation, and Consensus to protect your investment and to enhance your daily experience.
Self-Managed Association Services
Does your Board need limited management services? Is it difficult to recruit or retain Board members because there is "too much work"? Let's talk about what is taking too much of your volunteer time. WAMCS can fill in the gaps and step in on specific projects.
